Pine Honeydew Honey is produced from the honeydew secretions of the pine forests including the nectar of wild flowers from bushy plants found in Halkidiki and other mountainous areas of North Greece.
The color is dark brown and black. It is also strongly aromatic honey, slightly smoky. In taste, is less sweet than flower honeys, with a rich, woody and mildly spicy flavor.
Of course, in terms of usage, you can use it anywhere and any way you want. For example, some suggestions are to spread it on a slice of bread, or to replace honey with sugar or other sweeteners that are usually added to tea or in our cooking recipes. Ideal for children, rich in nutrients, with high antimicrobial and bactericidal action.
