Once the product is received together with the retail receipt or invoice, and inspected, any money owed to the customer will be refunded to the customer in the manner in which such payment was made by the customer, unless otherwise agreed with the customer. The refund obligation will be fulfilled without undue delay within a reasonable period of time. In case of purchase with invoice, the return must be accompanied by a delivery note.
The products are sent packaged in such a condition that they do not suffer damage. Upon receipt of your package, please check its condition and if possible, open it while the courier is at your location to check for possible damage. If there is any damage, the package must be returned to the carrier and the products sent to you again. Our company bears no responsibility for damage to the package or contents after receiving the package.
The right of withdrawal from Article 4 § 10 of Law 2251/1994 does not apply:
- In cases where the products have been used.
- In cases where the delivered products have been unsealed from their packaging.
- In cases where the delivered products are not suitable for return once unsealed for health protection or hygiene reasons.
- In cases of supply of goods manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
- In cases of supply of goods which can be damaged or expire soon.

Cancellation of the order is allowed, provided that the products still have not been shipped from the store.
