Heather Honey (Forest) is produced from the nectar of wild flowers and the honeydew secretions of the oak, chestnut, pine and other bushy plants found in mountainous Arcadia.
The color is dark brown and black. It is also strongly aromatic honey, with a very strong and full flavor.
Of course, in terms of usage, you can use it anywhere and any way you want. For example, some suggestions are to spread it on a slice of bread, or to replace honey with sugar or other sweeteners that are usually added to tea or in our cooking recipes.
