Fir Honeydew Honey

Fir Honeydew Honey  is produced from the honeydew secretions of the fir forests including the nectar of wild flowers from bushy plants found in the mountainous areas of Peloponnese.
The color is pearly sheen and dark. It is a subtly forest-like aromatic honey. In taste, is less sweet than flower honeys, with a rich, earthy  flavor with notes of caramel and resin.
Of course, in terms of usage, you can use it anywhere and any way you want. For example, some suggestions are to spread it on a slice of bread, or to replace honey with sugar or other sweeteners that are usually added to tea or in our cooking recipes. Ideal for children, rich in nutrients, with high antimicrobial and bactericidal action.
Also, honey has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties for the human body and strengthening our immune system as it is rich in antioxidant properties and contains elements such as Potassium, Magnesium, Phosphorus and Calcium.
