How to Serve
We prefer to serve the wine at room temperature, ideally between 8-10 ° C. First, we fill the glass so that the surface of the wine is at a level where it achieves the greatest possible exposure to the air. Specifically, this is equivalent to 1/3 of a glass. Then, with small rotating movements, we mix the wine and its aromas. To take advantage of the whole tasting experience, we transfer the contents to a carafe or jug.
