It has a deep ruby color, a complex bouquet with aromas of black and red fruits, vanilla and black pepper. In the mouth it feels full like rich velvety taste.
Long extraction vinification, malolactic fermentation and aging for 12 months in French oak barrels.
Accompanies ideal meats with red sauces.
How to Serve
We prefer to serve the wine at room temperature, ideally between 15-16 ° C. First, we fill the glass so that the surface of the wine is at a level where it achieves the greatest possible exposure to the air. Specifically, this is equivalent to 1/3 of a glass. Then, with small rotating movements, we mix the wine and its aromas. To take advantage of the whole tasting experience, we transfer the contents to a carafe or jug.
