Atrios Dry Red Wine
It is produced using the classic red vinification method.
It is characterized by an intense purple color with violet highlights and aromas of dried plum and red fruits.
It is combined with red creams, cured meats, cheeses, while served at 18 – 20 °C.
How to Serve
We prefer to serve the wine at room temperature, ideally between 18-20 ° C. First, we fill the glass so that the surface of the wine is at a level where it achieves the greatest possible exposure to the air. Specifically, this is equivalent to 1/3 of a glass. Then, with small rotating movements, we mix the wine and its aromas. To take advantage of the whole tasting experience, we transfer the contents to a carafe or jug. In this way, we oxygenate it and bring out the aromas that were inside the bottle! Cheers!

About
Northeast of Thessaloniki, at an altitude of 150 m and in a place that is not touched by river waters or sea waves, is Nea Mesimvria. A land of contrasts, with the northern side built on hills and the southern side smooth, the north wind that touches it in winter is frozen, but in summer drought prevails.
The rich Macedonian land with its unique ecosystem and favorable climatic conditions combined with many years of winemaking experience, the use of modern technology and multiple control systems, contribute to the production of fine red, white and rosé wine of the varieties Assyrtiko, Xinomavros, Syrah, Cabernet, Sauvignon and Sauvignon Blanc.
