Fish Spices – Description
Fish Mix is an ideal combination of Spices and aromatic herbs such as rosemary, oregano, garlic and salt.
This mixture on the one hand gives a wonderful slightly spicy taste to the fish and on the other hand helps digestion.
How to Use
First, preheat our oven to 180⁰C
If we want, we can slice some potatoes, onion, and add them before the fish, along with Virgin Olive Oil, lemon, a little water and a small amount of our Mixture. Also, you can customize the combination with anything you want. Bake them for 30 minutes.
Then, clean the fish and place it in the pan together with the rest of the ingredients of your choice, sprinkle inside and outside with the Mixture of Spices and Virgin Olive Oil.
Put the pan in the oven and bake for 40 minutes.
